Wu said that the Cardano community has passed the core protocol development roadmap proposal with a support rate of 73.93%, which is expected to unlock about $71 million in fiscal funds to support key work such as Decentralization governance, on-chain constitution formulation, and protocol upgrades. The proposal was put forward by the Cardano governance organization Intersect, marking Cardano's official entry into the "Constitution Era" and its transformation towards a fully community-led on-chain governance system.
